So....
Who's playing...?
Who takes it seriously.....?
Who hates the game............?

Personally I love it... but have yet to really take it as anything other than a bit of fun mid season... partly because my coach reckons the games fatally flawed, and partly because it always starts the same time as exams at uni, so the focus is elsewhere i'm afraid.....

Im not to keen on indoor myself!! Its too fast for me!!

Last time I played indoor was when I was in school and we lost about 10 -0 each game.
Trained indoor with the first team a few seasons ago, didnt like it much as the ball was in the back of the net before I could even have a chance to move!!
But it did help my outdoor game by about a million percent!! (dont know how, one season i was rubbish, then the next season once I had trained indoor, I was good!) so it cant be all bad!!  :D

Cool nick, think your talking about Menziehill (for some unknown reason pronounced ming-iss-hill). They have the best indoor keeper in Scotland, David Braithwaight, so you'll probably be able to learn somethings from him (seriously... the guy is amazing indoors, although doesn't make the Scotland outdoor squad).

I Love indoor, really works the rest of my game and I'm a better player than I am outdoors!!

Playing at the lowest National League this season - hoping to get my team out of the division we are in, although I don't know how succesful it will be!!

Ah well, it will be fun anyways

Wow, hes the German guy right? That would be cool. Don't know how good Braithwaite is in comparison to him, all I know is that hes a real indoor specialist (was player of the indoor season in scotland last year).

Might make things difficult for you guys playing against guys that good!! hehe

Enjoy it!!

I played at school and played a bit in National Div 1 for Menzieshill Ladies last year but cos the Scottish indoor womens team are in the world cup this year theyve enforced all these extra rules which resulted in Menzieshill having to fold as an indoor team. Gutted.

Although to be honest Im not THAT bothered didn't really like it anyway

well we dont expect to be anywhere near the top 4
i think if we manage to get the 6 spot or better (out of 8) its a good effort
but it will be good fun and a good warmup torunament before the u21 indoot championships in italy

As a point of departure I'm  absolutely in love with Edinburgh.

I'm an outdoor coach who is keen for a stint up in Scotland. How long is the indoor season?
I ask because I have very little interest in that form of the game.My guess is with the sort of winter you have there, indoor becomes a good alternative.

Mo,

Generally speaking, the National League outdoor calender stops at the end of november/first few weeks of december, resuming in late jan/early feb.
We only have 4 weekends of indoor throughout that period this season unfortunatly. The non-national league often play a few weekends in december and generally resume in mid/late january - so the break is not so long for them.

I love the indoor season though, really exposes what you can't do and lets you work on it!
I'm also in love with Edinburgh!!!, or  that should probably be still in love with an Edinburgh girl (that ended last weekend  :'() :-[

Down in Glasgow to play Watsonians and W.I.T. next week - no idea what they're like as we played them the first week which I missed.  How many more wins do you need to win the league?
