Union Bank (Men) and Heartland (Women) both from Nigeria have not yet arrived for the tournament. Although they are still expected to Arrive on Wednesday, they may not be allowed to participate in the tournament as it will have progressed towards the end. This has forced the organisers to reorganise the fixtures;

I looked as well, and African Hockey Federation site is either down, or no longer active Confused. I was also looking at the teams and they mostly appear to be from the eastern side of the continent. I don't see any South African sides, and you would definitely need representation from every where for a definitive tournament. Let us know if you find out more.
