the 1-10 link is really good to include keepers in its good for your foot work
we also play "contact game" where you divide your team into 2 and you score by doing 5 passes in a row without a person from the other team tuching the ball this drill is also good to include keepers in wich can use their whole body to try to take the ball sometimes we play contact game where you score if you pass it to the keeper who then pass it to someone else
another good drill is one we call "Nisse"
A stands in the botto left corner passes the ball to B who stands on the halfline by passing the ball into the sideboard B passes to C and C passes to A who have runnet towards C and recive the pass when he is about on the P spot A makes a direct pass to C who is not on the top of the cirkle and flicks the ball into the goal this could ofcourse also be mirrored to the right
ohh i almost forgot A becomes B B becomes C but put 2-3 guys in every position

 B   --------------o--------> C

There's an error in the link to 'Receiving from the Right Board', just goes to page not found...

Also, does anybody have any links to coaching tips for attacking and defensive formations and tactics?

There is even a PDF file which has 50 half-court drills for indoor hockey   Happy
