Hi you guys living in South Africa. Just wanted to find out for who you guys are playing for this year and how you think your teams gonna do?

I will start of. I will be playing for my school's Second team and my clubs 1st team. Well, this is my last year at my school so i hope our second team can finish this year undefeated, that would be brilliant. For my club, this is the first season they will be playing all their matches on astro, as last year they only played 4 out of 18 on astro. So I just hope the guys give it their everything and we can learn a lot and hopefully not get relegated. If we could just end in the middle of the pool at the end of the year, that would be awesome!. anyways, waiting for you guys to answer.

Cheers

We played on Saturday, and drew 2 - 2. It was a terrible game, you could see both sides were rusty, Sorry , and fitness, don't talk about fitness. Hopefully things will improve. Tongue Although I probably didn't help by handing out beers at half time Sorry Lol

Only had pre-season so far. Haven't lost one yet but only on Saturday did we have our full squad playing. Had an atrocious second half but ended the game in a draw (whew) against WPCC. Playing for club 1st XI this year again, keeping the young un's out for another year.

This is quite an achievement for me cos Im in the U15 age group.  And i'm the team captain  Tongue.  I'm really happy cos although our school doesn't have an astro (gettin one in 2 years probly!) the U16 a's get weekly practices at UCT astro  Yes...

Hi guys, my season is doing good and okay i guess. I play for my schools second team and were doing quite well. We have won 3 and lost only 1, and this was against Grey High in PE.

I also play for my clubs 1st team, but we are struggling a bit. My team is actually a grass team and this is only their first year that all our matches are being played on turfs, so we are struggling a bit to adapt. Our main focus is just to finish in the  middle of the  league and not get relegated and for that we are on track. We have won 2 so far and lost 3, but we are in the middle of the log, so hopefully we can stay their.

My school side is really a very good second team and I think we will have a very good season further and probably win everything further, but for my club side the rest of the season is going to be a bit of a battle, but we will get through it!

Anyway, post some of your results guys from South Africa, cheers!!
