Cotton gloves can still be slippy. Rugby mitts with the tacky palms definitely a better option.

Just picked up my new OBO Robo sp gloves, can't wait to give it a run. Will be my first OBO LH glove. Before that, have used GRAYS G400 models for years.

Thanks All

This chat about rebound from the Obo Robo SP LhP glove is nothing more than that. The rebound from them pales in comparison to other LHPs, particually TK.

Recently aquired a Mercian Extreme LHP and it's awesome.

Hey I only said they gave more rebound than the grays ones...but then again you could probably get more rebound than the grays ones of your own bare arm Wink

Soooo tempted to get TK.
Currently have Obo SP LHP and there's an SP RHP on order.
Should I change the order???

the reason i like the sp rhp is that i want to use it in the same way i use my lhp wich requires a big flat face and thats why the obo sp rhp is great and its especially great for indoorhockey!

I already have the Obo Robo RHP, and am looking for a new RHP. I fancy both the SP RHP and the TK RHP.
But I can buy just the SP RHP or the TK LHP and RHP as a set.

Maybe it's just coincidence, but I seem to remember seeing loads of pix of keepers with Obo gear but TK gloves. Is that saying something?

Not sure whether to fork out for a new pair of TK LHP and RHP or to stick with Obo.
So confused.
Need to sit down somewhere dark and quiet...  Sad

TK GX1 "Orange" LHP

Wonderful things they are. FAR greater rebound than the OBO SP LHP, greater surface area and just as much flexibility.

In regards to the SP RHP; I've tried the 2007 edition and whilst they've fixed the stick problem, the hand hole is too small and the back of the face of the glove rubs against the inside of your wrist. The range of mobility still isnt as good as the TK, nor is the stick position and the difference in weight is negligable.
