Think the spam think is a tad unfair. In duller moments I actually like the song title thing as it has an edge to it as you have to be really quick or soemone else posts and you have to think again. The word association thing attracts some mebers who don't generally post comments in other topis but it brings them back . In effect all posts are unsolicited and therefore it is all spam Attention!!
