I would like to say that the faster drag flick in the world is by an Australian player near 143 km/h
Also I have seen an Egyptian player that his flick was Just Incredible he used to play in England and scored too much goals...
Really if you ever look that players flick you will say its impossible!!!!!

Also for the Drag Flick Trainning Just always you must practise every day about 200 Flicks
The Drag Flick its about the stick its only Technique
If you find a good one you can try after to change the stick with one that has Bow.
Thats my opinion and I for myself I measure once my flick and it was around 115 kh/h with the new Rules
With the old sticks plz anyone could Drag Flick
Thats why they change the Rules because it was a same for the Best in the world to have competion by players who lacking Tecnique.

Thankfully Abbas is most likely making a comeback in the Pakistani national team. I expect him to continue his goal scoring rampage and increase the record tally of most international goals. That's if the Pakistani hockey team is allowed to participate in international tournaments of course which at this moment seems quite unlikely.
