I got a Malik Gaucho with me for sale.Last week I list the stick on eBay then my listing was removed by eBay because Barringsport reported to eBay that my stick is a fake.

Could anyone tell me how to identify a fake stick?

take the rubber cap off teh end to see if its made of wood or not is a start...

after that you need to get a real one from barringtons or another shop and compare them

I live in Malaysia so its quite hard to compare with Barringtonsport.

Is there any other way to identify a fake hockey

I have been playing for almost 10 years and I never heard of a fake stick.

Is there such thing as a fake stick or is there anyone who has bought a fake stick ?

don't worry, Malik stick in malaysia is confirmed authentic, we have an official distributor in malaysia which located in KLHA Hockey Stadium and GS Gill as the main retailer.

for that ebay issue: it is not that your stick is fake (although there has been some cases about it), but it is a matter of selling right for this stick. Barrington sport has the right to sell malik stick in UK....since you sell it worldwide, automatically UK included within your selling area, and Barrington sports had their right to complaint...and not to mention that you sell it below RRP (Malaysia always sell stick below RRP!!  Yes )
