Hi:)
INteresting group, NIck - if U need any info about Poles, write to me;)
I don't know who will be in the polish team in 2010 but I'm not afraid that they will win promotion. Please remember that they were relegated only because they came to Russia without most of players who normally are in the team...

good luck:)

I know that Poznan would like to organise European Indoor Championship in 2010. We will know everything after holidays..

Gocu yeah i know poland is after all the second best indoorteam in the world but its nice to see that the B teams of poland and germany are not good enough to beat A teams of other countrys it means the gap have started to shrink betwen the teams

for me it will be a great experiance to play against poland because there are among the best players in the world, i would actually be very happy to play in poland but to me eng/swiss/pol/sco makes no defferance it will all be nice places to play i really hope allan dick makes in to the scottish squad because i really want to meet him

Hey Guys,

I look very forward to play 2010 the EuroHockey Nations Challenge I in Turkey.
I hope, that the organization will be very good and the games fair and exciting.
I can´t understand, why only 6 teams play there. Normally 8 teams have to play.

hmm...

We try to play effective and try to promote to the Trophy. Here in Germany and the Netherlands are more Players above as anticipated.
There is a lot of work for the Hockey Federation. We try to cultivate the players to a strong level. Of course with German coaches. It is very important for our deployment.
Of course, the Turkish Hockey Federation have a lot of luck, because here in Germany are more about 2 Million Turkish Peoples.
The most plays football, basketball and a lot of Fightsports. Our luck, that a little group of Turkish plays Hockey.
But not every Turkish Hockey Player in Germany is good enough to play for the National Team.

After our creation in 2002 the Turkish Hockey Federation deploys very well and with a very high speed. It is due to our president Mr. Barbaros Tuzcuogullari, that our Hockey National Team grows up very well.

I hope, you´ll see and hear more about us.
It is very good, that Turkey joins the International Hockey Family. We are on the 54th place in the World Hockey Ranking.
 Yes

We´ll see us in 2010!
Best regards to all teams and players.

Hopefully Scotland can get the National Indoor team selection sorted as this last year they picked players who were in teams that finished in the bottom half of the top division and one player from Division 2. If they picked the best indoor team then they would do so much better than using it as a purely Scotland Outdoor B team. As Menzieshill had maybe 1 or 2 players in the National team this year despite them being the best team for many years.

We beat Turkey in Mortara 9-2 Happy But they played better from match to match. It will be an exciting tournament. Unfortunately our group is very hard with Czech, Scotland and Portugal. In the other group Slovakia and Croatia is good and I don't know much about Turkey. I think Lithuania is the weakest team.

I don't know it was a B team of Scotland or not but when I played against them the goalkeeper was Alistair McGregor Shocked It was in 2006 ---> http://www.hockeyliguria.it/laspezia2006/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=44&Itemid=28

From that list about only 4 players of that actually play indoor in Scotland. I don't know if Ali McGregor was still playing in Scotland at that time but he hasnt played in the top division indoor in Scotland with his club as they are in Division 2 (they may have been promoted last season). But last year the indoor team included Alan Dick(GK), Andy Thornton, Christopher Holmes all Menzieshill and then the rest were mainly youth except for Vishal. Kelburne don't take Indoor seriously and their team didn't have many of their top players but did have many of their younger team. The team that played Indoor this year against the English was mainly comprised of Scotland outdoor B players as a means to develop the outdoor team by the coach.

@ Rado:
I hope, there`s gonna be Balkan Championship this year. It is very good, when we play every year the Balkan Cup in out- and indoor. It is very good for all teams. All teams gonna win practice with more matches, of course.

@ Marzsenka
I remember Mortara and our last place. I was the only Player from Europe with my friend Kaan.
But now, we have more players from Germany and the Netherlands. I hope we reach a good place next year in Croatia and 2010 in Turkey!
