ditto...Savage is great and if you get in touch with him very soon he may be able to slip something specific into his shipment out there.  I can't recall the other vendors carrying a lot of GK gear, some helmets maybe but not a lot of body armor or foam.

@ Garli...I am sure the girls would like some San Diego suggestions beyond the zoo!  And having looked at the schedule for Sunday, I may well be at the mercy of friends to get into Indio; I will hook up with you when I'm there, still have your cell number!

Ha, I hate to be a dork, but the zoo really is awesome.  I mean, it makes all other zoos just look silly by comparison.  The wild animal park is also totally cool in a different way.  There's also shopping (after thanksgiving sales!) good restaurants, hikes along the beach, cheesy roller coaster on the beach, different funky parts of town that are fun to see.

Oh, and the cool thing about the zoo is that it's int he middle of balboa park which has a zillion interesting museums.

did someone mention my name? I'm getting all the Festival order ready this week and shipping on Thursday, so if you need anything let me know. I will have some Xtreme GK bags with me and i can always reserve one for you as they always go pretty fast.

The other GK accessories i usually only bring one of each for show, as they are bulky to ship. If you need a girdle, PM with your size so i can make sure i have the right one on display and I'll do you a good deal if you like them. Look forward to seeing you all very soon!

Keeper needed...
San Diego team needs a women keeper for the Women's division.

Please contact: Johanna Menard @   johanna@primaflora.com if you know of anyone looking for a game.

Cheers

Poor Jo.  I said I would try to help, but most of our games conflict.

Perry's in the same boat I'm in.  I'm once again trying to convince Lauren (our coach) to suck it up and come out since we live so close, but she's got family stuff she has to be there for.

fh4me2000....I haven't checked out their schedule against mine and the team I am coaching, but if I am open I'll be happy to fill in a game or two.  Can probably lend you a U19 keeper (I am bringing two) as well, if the powers that be aren't picky!!

I don't think you want your u19's to play adult, incase they end up playing against a coach they want to be scouted by.

I am getting excited about being able to lie in the sun! But how do I get my chair there without paying a baggage fee. Will be cheaper to buy one there! I hope Walmart and all those other places in and around Palm Springs has stocked up on coolers, chairs, etc!

True, I have one who is committed already, but wouldn't want to jeopardize either one's prospects.
