I've been playing hockey with girls for about 6 years now.  It's okay and all but I'd like to improve my skills by playing with some guys.  I live in the middle of no where in Pennsylvania.  Does anyone know of any boys clubs in Pennsylvania?  I know I am good compared to the girls but I want to do more with hockey once I graduate from high school and I know I probably have nothing on a lot of guys.  I've seen boys play before on the internet and know that I am way far behind them.  Anything like a boys club team or a national team or if there are boys in the futures program, that would be great.  Thanks, Ridge

You might want to look for a college close to a Men's regional training center.

And maybe find out if you can play for a (mixed adult's) team at festival.  do you think your parents would let you come to california for thanksgiving?

contact denise zelenac, the drexel univ coach (use their web site for info) as she coaches the east coast junior men's team which plays in the US championship.  also look at www.nefha.org for details on the men's league in NYC.  the team for which I play Rye is al;ways interested in new players

Thank you guys so much.  I had no idea that boys played at the festival.  I have a friend on my hockey team who goes to festival for the girls teams but I had no idea boys played.  If I can raise enough money my parents would let me go to festival in a heartbeat.  Thanks again!
