well i really love pakistani hockey.

by watching the game i have come to a conclusion.

either keep the hockey staff and improve them over time or sack em and get new ones.

make it fair and get the real players, you know what i mean sohaill etc.

your player were hogging the ball at times and out running themselves and they got tired.

the good thing was they scored first in the games  but could not hold onto the lead.you either have to improve you defence or keep on attacking.

Given the lack of investment , the way the nation never realised that , actually field hockey,  is at the top of the pile in terms of particpation in active players /  numbers, well hockey is absolutely huge in the UK but the money was never there   and still businrsses  aren't actually interested. Still think that EH have let the game down in that regard and let's not forget just how well the men and women , under sponsored have done in these games.  I think botht he GB womena and men did us proud and we could not have expected much more.

Hockey will remain an ametuer sports in the UK. Even 1988 gold medal (GB won only 5 gold then) did not lead towards the popularity of the sport there.
