Spain did everything right in that game. The aussies didnt handle the press at all, although the 2nd aussie goal was a beauty with the passing and team work on display. The difference I felt was inside the circle, the spanish were prepared to take on the defence and show some individual brilliance, whereas the aussies were more inclined to still play thier passing attacking game, which although worked a treat all tournament, it wasnt working last night.

the second aussie goal is a masterpiece of german opera. But I'd say the diva singing was spanish defence veeeeeeeeeeery relaxed as in first goal.

The kid who scored, besides the goal, is one of the revelations of the Olympics, A new star is born.

The difference in this match is  finally (at game 6!) Tubau woke up. If Tubau is fit, Spain is unbeatable. He have a quality very rare. He's able to drive a defence crazy in a very "normal" situation of play. He brings the chaos...

Manuel, I think you have the best strikers line in the world with Santi, Pol & Edi!
