Congrats to Scotland  for appointing Russell Garcia as their youth development officer.  I met him once and he seemed like a thoroughly nice chap.  Hope he does the business for you.

I thought Stacy was the Youth Development Officer? I dont think he is the Youth Dev Officer. Unless by under 21 coach he is going to be developing youth and could be considered a Youth Dev Officer.

Russel is the U-21s coach/west institute coach, he takes over in Jan after he finishes stuff of in germany!

but there are rumours that he will be taking over the national team.....................not sure if thats true tho.
