I think it will be a case of same old faces at the top with Cannock pipping your boys this year.

Cannock
Reading
East Grinstead

Southgate for the drop

Conference top teams will be

Bournville/Guildford for the west
Old Loughts/Canterbury for the east
Doncaster/formby for the north

One of the top three teams for the cup.

No idea about the indoor or women's.

Of course I have been known to be wrong.  From time to time.

I think you are way out with the north conference shout.

I would put my money on Belper/Brooklands.

With outside shouts to U.Durham/Formby/Doncaster.

1st. Brooklands
2nd Belper
3rd Doncaster
4th Formby
5th Durham
6th Barford Tigers
7th Leek
8th Sheff Uni Bankers
9th Telford & Wrekin
10th Sheffield Hallam

I would predict it is going to be a very tight league though.

Granted the GB boys won't always be around... but Surbiton? 6 GB players complimented with a host of former internationals, plus Allan Dick in goal... looking strong.

Not seen many games although a quick scan of the tables suggests my prem predictions were spot on!  Aside from the easy one I'm surprised how well Durham Uni have done so far, not so surprised at Chelmsford who currently haven't got the players or necessary management/coaching staff in place on the mens side, the girls there are struggling with the number of retirees and the big name losses of Chloe and Lisa.  Clearly my shout for Formby in the north was well wide of the mark.

john went for Bournville for promotion, what a clever man  Tongue

they did beat guildford 2-1 last week with simon mason in goal, but after having spoken to a couple of the 1's players they don't think they could keep up with the likes of some of the teams in the prem

but who knows?
