I'm playing one of their teams today (for CoP 4ths) wondered if anyone from the club was a member on here?

Guessing they play in the midlands as I have never played against them in the east leagues...

Does anyone else find it annoying to try and assess the level of your opposition with the differing league structures. Like in the east we're all club teams in all leagues there are just rules for higher leagues that limit one team per club.

Other leagues operate first team leagues and I just can't quite see how that helps them as it would just limit the progression of like the 2nd team of bigger clubs because they are limited?

Just my 2 pence, should we move to a more set structure in the UK on a national scale?

I've played in midlands leagues and MK were never in any of those leagues.  It stretched from Chesterfield in the north to northampton in the south, bridgnorth in west and nottingham area in east.  Dont they play in east league with Peterborough?

MK actually play in the South League. Their 1st XI play in the MBBO (Middlesex, Bucks, Berks and Oxon) "1st XI Regional" league.

In 15 years (im only 25 mind) I've never seen them. Bedford do which is like next to MK.

I see, well there you go, where does the south league stop, I had a season at Sonning in Berkshire and they traveled to north London on a couple of occasions.

We have to go to skegness of all places to play Alford, I don't envy them ever having to go to Ipswich if they get into div 2N Lol or vice versa  Rofl

I know, Alford was always a nightmare...I used to play for St Neots and was at Bedford last season.

MK is about the furthest north club. the South league covers Bucks (hence MK), Berks, Oxon, Middlesex, Surrey, Sussex, Hants and Kent, so a pretty broad area!!

We won 3-2 they were very good for a basic 11 and I think they would have had us if it wasn't for an injury which meant they played 3/4's with 0 subs.
