Sort of floating between Midlands 1 1st XI and East Mids Prem 2nd XI... depending on fitness... and drunkeness!

You are probably in the MRHA Central League South West 2 as there is a Droitwich 4th listed there.

Im in the midlands but playing in Lincoln at the mo so not in the mrha.

Anyone whos playing against Nottingham score a few goals for me, shouldn't be hard, they've pretty much died as a team.

Hampton are in the same league as Nottingham Uni. Is that who you're talking about?

Nah, Joe will be talking about Nottingham...

1sts and 2nds in their respective Midlands 1

3rds in East Mids Prem

4ths in Central East Mids Prem and 5ths in Central NE1

Joe - our 2s play them this year but as I've retired from GKing (and now play 5th CF!!!) I won't be playing aginst them (unless something drastic happens)...

They have a 5th team, not sure what league the 5s are in, since I left all 5 teams have been relegated 2 years in a row, I like to think my departure helped.

Gs right about it being called just plain nottingham.

Are you a Northampton Saints member?

I've played many a game against you boys!

I remember a few seasons ago when I was at Cov & NW captaining the 3rd XI we hadn't won a game all season so I drafted in three "ringers" from my old university team and nicked a player from the team above.

There was only two games left and we were determined to win at least one game!... ended up drawing 0-0!

Morale of the story?: You get what you deserve!

I see I might be lining up against your 2nd XI this season in East Mids Prem. What are they like these days?

Yes I'm the Saints 1st team keeper.  Our 2nd team have just gone up into that league I believe and to be totally honest I can't tell you what they are like because we have got so many new players join us this season I don't know who will be in our teams will be yet.

I know what you mean! Our 2s have also just gone up and the 1st XI have lost about eight players with very few coming into the club, which obviously has knock on effect on the 2nd XI.

I predict tough times ahead.

It's interesting you say your 1st team have lost so many players because last season I thought they were one of the hardest teams in the league to play and thought they would have had a good chance to go up this year.  Is there a reason so many have left?
