NE14HOCKEY is proud to announce we will be covering all the results from this weeks NHL Mens and Ladies competitions in New Zealand.

Coverage will include players stats and full match reports.

http://www.ne14hockey.com/index.php?page=10&event=160&title=New+Zealand+Men%27s+NHL

Looks like an interesting Idea playing it in a single week.

Something to maybe consider for the English Hockey?

This is a provincial comp not a club comp, closest comparision for thos in UK would be the Divisional tournaments as far as geographic spread is concerned though it has far more prestige than the Divisional's do (if they still have them !!).

Auckland should make the Men's final, they have the three bottom teams to play. Harbour or Wellington would be the most likely other finallist, they play on thursday which should deceide things though Midlands or Canterbury could still sneak in but unlikely on their showing so far

I think they do but you don't hear much about them, a guy at my club is the coach for the East U18 I think (or was, might not still be) Not sure whether it continues beyond that age group.
