The only problem I have with Tempest spondering FHF is that fact I now have to look at Ratman everytime I'm on the site!

I had enough of playing with him when he was knee high to a grasshopper!

His sister would make a better picture!  Lol

Any chance that Tempest could make a FHF shirt? If there was enough interest and maybe some of the profit could run the site so steve doesn't have to keep raiding the piggy bank to keep this place online?

I'd do the designs Lol no need I won the GK smock one! I think I have an uber great idea for one, I know this could cost a lot but I'd like to know what you think about the idea.

They're on Cafepress.

The problem with manufacturing a set of clothing from a company like Tempest instead of a "just in time" service like Cafepress is that someone has to put up the money in advance for production, and then hope that enough are sold so as not to produce a deficit. As someone who co-owns a company that sells custom clothing, I can tell you this is a wickedly tricky dance.

Furthermore, given the low numbers of actual regular participating members on FHF compared to overall registrations, the market is extremely small.

Andy, I'd suggest you submit your design to Steve for inclusion in the Cafepress store - that way if people actually like it they can order it ad hoc.

Do we get discounts ?  Tongue

In a manner of speaking yes, i am looking at setting up a special offers section on the site purely for fhf members where each month we'll come up with promotions on certain products. Hopefully this should all be up and running by early October (at the moment we're kind of tied up ensuring all the teams have their kit for the start of the season! Wink )

So what is our promotionnal code???
BTW, goob job with Egara HC  Yes

Just noticed the F-H-E.com advertisement on the side.  Good to see!
A great Australian business, dealt with them on a somewhat urgent order of padded shorts, could not have been happier, fantastic communication, very fast postage and a good price.  What more could I want?  This was in stark contrast to my last JH experience where they sent the wrong item, then didn't have what I'd ordered in stock, so the whole thing took forever.

As an example of the excellent service of Tempest - ordered a stick last night, using the FHF discount code, was delivered to my sister in the Cambridge today. Less than 24 hour delivery time, and that was with regular postage. Very pleasing (and cheap too).
