The yahoo's have less dense foam as they are for "juniors". saying this i am 18 and playing mens hockey and i use yahoo hand protectors and ive had no problems at all.. the clouds are more dense giving a lil more protection as they are for "adult" use.

ok thanks, now im using tk gloves (no foam just leather with padding) and im getting a bruise from every decent arial shot. i guess anything foam would be significantly better. i was just making sure there wasnt any huge structural difference.

my advice would be to check out the OBO seconds sale.. you could probably get Hi control or Hi Rebound hand protectors for the price of the clouds.  Happy

ok maybe this is a bit late but...

I used Yahoo's today as my CLoud's broke last night( I am talking about lhp) and they were awful, no protection. All shots that hit is hurt.

Am not best pleased.

Maybe a tad late, BUT

Yahoo are quite frankly not good, there awfully small and every single drag flick OR shot hurts like hell and im not even a full senior yet.

I think you should have a look at the OBO November sale, you can get a cloug lhp for 56 USD (approx £35) and its fully worth it.

not at all,

i got mine toward the end of last season, so the're the new blue ones.

interesting tho cos, it really does hurt when i face a shot.

AND sometimes, because there's no way you can tighten them around your wrist, they fly off all together.

i played with yahoo kickers legguards and hps at u21 and senior national team level the first thing that started to hurt was the feets so i changed to robo hi control kickers then i found my right hand sometimes got squashed in the rhp so i changed that for a robo rhp and at the same time i changed to a robo lhp however i find the legguards very good and i also thing the lhp was very good

That's the same as the Clouds though, you need to look at Robo before you get straps.

well the yahoos were only a few dollars less in the sale so i got the clouds.
and on a random note I noticed the ogo kickers are 69$ while the yahoo kickers $71. so the only reason to get ogo would be if you just really couldnt spare those last 2 dollars. Eek!
and im used to a lhp flying off i have keep my fingers tensed to keep my current one on.

yeah man that happens to me aswell.. i take a hard shot to my LHP and if im not gripping tight enough it just comes right off.. ive just spent money on new kickers and leg guards so dont have any money for a new one.. i will just have to persist with it flying off every time its hit until i can afford a new one Sad

if you still have the inner cotton glove with the foam padding push the foampadding inside the glove this will make the glove very tight
