I know that there is a topic about polish hockey, but I think that  Indoor WC iis an important thing.

do you know if there is any other candidating citys? i guess this is to be totaly sure of getting to play in the world cup but its also extreamly good if you get it for us because the chance for us to qualify grows since your most likley to win the B division

Poznan is an amazing city, easy to get to, loads to see and do.  If anyone hopes to go to watch the indoor hockey you'll have so much more to see in the area.  Great historic city, nice restaurants, great theatre, friendly people, world-class sports facilties, massive new shopping centre and not too expensive!

in my personal opinion we deserve it... but will we get it?

Jerome unfortunatly its impossible for the french team to get to the world cup since they play in the D division http://www.eurohockey.org/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=1158&Itemid=297 and its just teams from A and the team that promotes from B that get to go to the world cup

i think the earliest we can expect to see the French team in the world cup is 2015 or 2019

Great News Gocu!  Very happy for Polish hockey and the city of Poznan!  Will make every effort to be there, whether living in Poznan or not!
