No, not your comment at all. Controller's was the one I had issue with!

I think foozbear was just being imprecise in his language when he said it wasn't stopped outside the circle. I think what he meant to say was that it hadn't passed outside the circle, given the context of the rest of his paragraph. Fair point for foozbear to take on board though - we all need to be very careful in how we describe situations in posts because one casually-used word can mean a world of different meaning.
