Kukri appear to be back up and running; a possible manufacturer for those teams? Or maybe Adidas are going to expand their horizon in terms of colour sometime soon!

I didn't realise that Kukri had fallen over at any time.

I may be wrong but I'm almost certain they were in severe financial difficulty at one point, dropping many of the teams they had, but all seems fine now. There was even a thread on here I seem to remember?

*sigh* I hadn't realised that we had gone bust 'again' but  suppose if we have I might be able to get out of the office early for a change Wink I really don't know where the rumours come from, one week we've gone bust, the next its Kukri, then its DIta/Mercian/TK, then its Canterbury (well ok they actually did, but you see my point...)
Apparantly our appearance for 10 days at the Champions Trophy went unnoticed by all  (although might have been the reason for the odd missed phone call) but then again considering the attendance numbers thats not as big a shock as you'd expect!

It is no secret that we didn't have the best of times at the late part of last year and the early part of this year (who did) and that did lead to us ending/losing some of the premiership clubs that we had as we rather struggled to meet our financial commitments, when the banks decided that lending was something that they didn't really need to be doing,  but as I have posted before things are now far better,Tempest and our parent company are back trading profitably and the future looks good.

I do however want to personally sincerely apologise to anybody and any club who was affected by our problems during those rather fraught 6 months, and I would also like to thank all of those who stuck with us while we got things back on an even keel.
We also remain the suppliers to quite a large number of the premiership and other clubs around the UK and have in fact been adding a great deal of clubs over the summer so you will be seeing quite alot more of us for a good while to come.

p.s.
The Afc Wimbledon kit delivery delay was purely down to a couple of days shipping delay and if you had read further you would have seen that a big kit Launch was actually done at the start of the month.

According to the club website, Nike have failed to deliver Arsenal's new replica home shorts on time for the official launch (today).  Let's start a rumour that Nike have gone out of business too, shall we...?

 Rolleyes

Let's be careful what unfounded rumours we start on here, eh guys...  They may well do damage to companies' reputations.

Pleased to hear that I can pick up an AFCW shirt!

Thanks for the update Mr T, shame you have decided not to appear in the film.
