hello
I also don't understand but probably umpires decided that the start of the action was from wrong place (2 cetimeteres inside 22 metre). The problem is that the ball wasn't pushed into the circle but it was passed back and than it was played into. In my opinion this decision was harsh for Russians who were better team than Waterloo...

I guess my vote for DoD will be going to the UHC keeper for his comedy slip.

Signal now lost (according to the commentator) due to a solar eclipse

Missed the Reading game this morning. Sounds like it was a good one.

Now back - shame to have missed Poznan's 2nd goal to bring it back to 3:2

Annoying for you Snoody - have you got Eurosport 2 as this game (and maybe the next one - whatever relive means) are on there.

All I got on Eurosport was the early morning Reading game, then several hours of motorbikes. Woop-de-do...

IMO Rotterdam can really compete to win the EHL this year. Loosing Abbas is not a problem for them, they keep an high scoring potential with Jeroen Hertzberger, Van der Horst, Burrows, Knowles, Child, Archibald and also the keeper Pirmin Blaak is really strong.
UHC Hamburg made a lot of changes to the roster of players but Moritz Furste is still the awesome player that can lead them to the third final four in row.
Pau Quemada maybe is the best forward in EHL but he isn't enough to grant RC Polo a slot in Final Four.
I am curious to watch Amsterdam, Bloemendaal and Rot-Weiss Koln in action in Paris.

IMO RW Koln is the new EHL team to watch!
But my favorite squad is still Rotterdam.

Does anyone know if Simon Child is no more in the Rotterdam roster?
Maybe he's back in New Zealand?
I noticed he doesn't play in EHL Round 1.1
