    Really?! As in a full dismissal i.e. Fired? If those that's disgusting and might even be slightly illegal.

    Hope everything's okay dude.

    @murph
    Stay strong and don't be reluctant to reach out to hockey friends at your club and on-line or to other sources of help and support. Find ways to move forward each day, whether with your marathon training or starting a job search. Your choice, but make each day count. All the best

    They've followed due process. A little open to interpretation in places but from what I know letter if the law wise there's not much comeback.

    May well be the change / boot up the arse I've needed for sometime. More time for marathon training now!

    Damn! Still gutted to hear as my job have been supportive with me dealing with my stuff. I wish you all the best dude. Like peter said don't be afraid to reach out to people for a helping hand.

    The marathon should definitely help to clear your head and get you up and running (heh) again. Also good for the CV!

    Well, I'm over halfway!

    Derby took on Ilkeston in a mixed friendly on Sunday, match fees donated to the pot, nearly 200 quid!

    There was me thinking that the mental health at work act protected those with mental health issues from being treated like that.

    I've only just found this thread. That is a challenge and a half you've set yourself but one to be proud of! I'll keep my eye on the telly for Peron blue legs.

    I've been horrendous at keeping FHF updated, but if you've been on any form of hockey social media I'm about!

    A week to go! I'm still depressed, still overweight, and still doing this!

    Now raised over £1700 for the mental health charity Mind. The support from olympians, even the gold winning goalkeeper have been amazing.

    What has been truly special has been the donations from the hockey family. People who have never met me in their lives, maybe never will, have donated a huge amount.

    I'm close to tears almost every day as I read the responses to @GoaleeMurph on twitter, or the comments on my donation page.

    I'm not going to run even sub 6 hours as per the guy who went before me, but I'm going to go, be strong, finish, get that medal and continue to campaign for mental health awareness.
