    At Jonty's suggestion I thought I would put up a few of the standard abbreviations used in here.

    To start with I was looking at GK specific ones, but if you want to expand it then I'm open to suggestions.

    GK - Goal Keeper (God in Kit)
    LHP - Left Hand Protector
    RHP - Right Hand Protector
    HPs - Hand Protectors
    BA - Body Armour
    LGs - Leg Guards
    HR or Hi-R = High Rebound
    HC or Hi-C = High Control
    CK - Carbon Kevlar (material used in helmet manufacture. When used on its own normally refers to the OBO helmet)
    FG - Fiberglass (material used in helmet manufacture. When used on its own normally refers to the OBO helmet)
    PC = penalty corner
    PS = penalty stroke

    How about adding to the above:

    HR or Hi-R = High Rebound
    HC or Hi-C = High Control

    How about CK for carbon/Kevlar and FG for fiberglass, or is that a little too brand-specific?

    F- fishing a ball out the back of your net
    UD- useless defenders
    SS- sorry save: when you smother and end up taking out the player and the ball
    NMF- not my fault: when it’s a 3 on one against you and they managed so score
    IATWBK- I am the worlds best keeper : when it’s a 3 on one and you manage to save it
    BSR - Brother sister rivalry : when your sister is an outfielder and will do anything to get a goal past you or to annoy you

    Try FSR and FDR - when your children are both keepers and will do anything to stop you scoring past them! (I'm a keeper too now but this did used to happen).

    I’m a goalie
    My sister is an outfielder
    And my mum is a coach!
    We’re not obsessed or anything like that...
